La Shelton-NEIPA est une bière d’inspiration India Pale Ale, brassée dans le style Nouvelle-Angleterre. Tout aussi houblonnée que les IPA de la Côte-Ouest américaine, son goût est volontairement moins amère et résineux. Veloutée et juteuse en bouche, elle possède de puissants arômes de fruits tropicaux et d’agrumes.

Can that pours a liquid similar to guava juice with a soapy-bubbly off-white head that goes away rather quickly, leaving nothing on the glass. Orange juice nose with a bit of the zest and some sugars. The taste is kind of flat with some mild citrus notes, hints of pineapples and sugar to sweeten things. Light bitterness, not much dryness. Just not much going on here, but drinkable.
