By itself a blueberry is a diminutive fruit, but not so within this bottle. We go big by adding loads of berry puree into every batch of our Imperial Sour Wheat Ale. Unmistakable notes of florally aromatic berries compliment the purple hue of Blueberry Tart.

Pours clear cherrywood with a thick but ephemeral eggshell head. Aroma yields blueberry from here to the Pole of Inaccessibility - not much else, but I LOVE blueberry. Flavor features tart and sweet blueberry, but now the wheat and a snip of hops appear. Texture presents so-so fizz and body. Well, it was worth a try.
