We are excited to debut our newest fruited Berliner Weiss. This kettle-soured ale was re-fermented on more than 200 pounds of strawberry and pink guava. After fermentation, we conditioned the beer on nearly two pounds per barrel of toasted coconut. The finished product is delightfully tart, lush, and tropical with smooth finish.

Taps barely translucent apricot with a good ivory head. Aroma features tart and sour berry and - must be guava, as well as fresh malt and a sweet fruity touch. Flavor provides tart and sweet strawberry, sour guava, raw malt. Texture gives firm body and lively fizz. Be a goof!
