Strawberry Grove is a bright and hazy sour ale. Tart and lightly funky, this beer is fermented with our house culture of yeasts and lactobacillus and finished on locally sourced strawberries from the Twenty Valley. With aromas of mid-season strawberry and citrus fruit, Strawberry Grove has a tangy acidity and subtle earthiness.

500ml brown bottle that pours a hazy amber colour with strawberry red and gold hues. The head is thick frothy, close to creamy, long lasting with foamy sticky lacing. Mostly strawberry juice aromas. The taste shows all of the sourness with the strawberries being in the background. Light tart on the tongue, but not as much as expected, so going down nicely. Kind of refreshing actually. Nicely balanced fruity-sour beer.
