Bottle from the brewery. Pours a huge frothing white head and has a slightly hazy golden appearance. Dirty lacing. Aromas of yeast, wheat. Flavours are bready malt, yeast, herbal and grassy, some hints of berries, a little bit funky as well. Very mild bitterness. Slick and oily mouthfeel. Couldn't tell you this was aged in gin barrels. A bit disappointing.

650ml bottle that pours a light hazy, light golden-yellow colour with a bubbly white cap, average stay and lacing is minimal. Fruity yeast nose that give out lots of sweetness. Oranges, pears and mild spices. The taste has this fruitiness as well with the mild tart from the yeast that lingers. Really, not much from the Gin barrel, which is too bad. Wish this one was stronger alcohol, less rich (sweet) and show the Juniper found in the Gin.
