Pours opaque dark chocolate with a cocoa head. Aroma presents bourbon, roast malt, molasses, chocolate, woody and subtle coffee tones. Flavor features all of the above, only more chocolate and less wood, still delicious. Mouthfeel yields body that is not as heavy as most stouts, but lively fizz. Roll out the barrel-aged!
