There are two kinds of people in this world. Those who eat their pizza crusts and those who don't. This beer was brewed specifically to pair with our pizza crust. We brewed this golden ale with Belgian pale malt that adds a nice breadiness, a little biscuit malt, and then lightly toasted some in our pizza ovens. And yes, we actually threwthree a few pizza crusts into the mash! The Belgian yeast adds some fruit notes - and it's one of the yeasts we use to make our pizza dough. So, if you love your pizza crusts, then have a glass. If you don't eat them, now you have a beer to pair with them!

    Taps clear golden with a nice fine-bubbled eggshell head. Aroma features tropical and pomme fruit plus a bit of fresh malt. Flavor delivers stronger fruit notes, a bit sweet and a bit tart, on a malty foundation. Mouthfeel presents fair body and peppy fizz. Drink your pizza!
