The beer poured a solid black body with a thin off-white creamy head. The aroma was roasted malt, milk chocolate, light coffee, and vanilla. The mouthfeel was medium to full bodied, slightly creamy, with average carbonation. The flavour is a nice balance between the sweet milk chocolate notes and the bitter roasted malt with a mildly bitter hop finish to boot. Very good beer.
