Traditional English Style... Smooth malt character balanced by fresh cedar and floral hop flavor with a striking copper color. Not overly bitter, the rich mouthfeel finishes with a slight biscuit sweetness.

    The beer pours a translucent copper colour with a generous off-white rocky head that lasts a few minutes. The aroma is weak citrus, light caramel, some perfumey hops, and some grass. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is light caramel and citrus. Sweet up front, bitter in the end. A nice little IPA that takes me back to the first decade of the 21st century.

    Can that pours a clean amber colour with a big creamy warm, light-beige coloured with great retention and nice creamy lace. Oh no, smell like diacetyl with the butterscotch notes and buttered popcorn. The taste is thankfully not as bad with some decent hops showing up to save the day. This creates a nice dry mouthfeel with some decent bitterness.
