Injected full of coffee, this 8% beauty is both sweet and malty with hints of chocolate, a boost of caffeine and warm Christmas notes of Cinnamon and Cardamom to finish of. He is Scandinavian after all.

Nov. 2017: 330 ml bottle, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8%. Dark brown colour, large beige head. Aroma of brown malts, chocolate, caramel, mild coffee, cinnamon and cardamom. The medium sweet flavour has the same elements as the aroma. Moderate hops.

Pours translucent chocolate with a thick tan head. Aroma provides roast malt, chocolate, coffee and spice notes. Flavor delivers roast malt, cinnamon, coffee and chocolate for an ale that seems more winter warmer or even stout than brown. Texture offers good body and perky fizz. Happy Pi Day!
