Yuzu and Ugli fruit infusions twisted together with the blueberry, tangerine notes of Mosaic make for a tangy, juicy, zesty array of aroma and flavor. Salivation will instantly ensue with one sniff of this crushable brew (5.8% ABV, 60 IBUs) that was inspired by a Yuzu brew we made with some brewing friends in Japan.

355 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.8%. Clear golden colour, large white head. Aroma of yuzu fruit and other citrus zest. The slightly dry flavour has also notes of yuzu and citrussy hops with a hint of pine, also a hint of blueberries. Medium bitter finish.

Taps clear topaz with a nice fine-bubbled cream head. Aroma presents fresh malt, tart and sweet fruit, and resiny hop tones. Flavor has tart citrus and must be the ugly fruit, resiny hops, and zesty fresh malt for a truly enjoyable brew. Mouthfeel offers fair body and fizz. Fugli is only skin deep!
