Pours barely translucent umber with a fairly thick, if not lasting, buff head. Aroma features roast malt, oaty, semi-sweet chocolate, molasses, and subtle smoky tones. Flavor offers roasted and slightly smoky malt, molasses, chocolate, oaty and milky notes; this tastes rather like a stout mixed with a little chocolate milk. Creamy mouthfeel presents firm body if not a lot of fizz. A tough kitty indeed.
