Beer Description:
This Belgian saison yeast produces simply beautiful flavors: tropical fruit, exotic spices, and a nice earthiness. We brewed it with some wonderful Chevalier heritage barley from England and a touch of Special B malt from Belgium to add a candy-like caramel flavor and rich red color. The new Callista hops add a nice berry fruitiness. Easy to drink with so much great flavor.
