Pours translucent mahogany with a thick and rather persistent buff head. Aroma delivers notes of caramel, toasted malt, and a mixture of pomme and dark fruit. Flavor features sweet but not cloying caramel, toasted and slightly smoky malt, pomme, dark fruit, and a touch of resiny hops. Mouthfeel offers firm, fairly viscous body and jazzy fizz. You’ll want to "Murray" Davey after one - or a few.
