Collaboration avec Caroline Leclerc. Dry Stout au torréfié modéré aromatisé à la menthe et au bourbon ayant macéré avec des copeaux des chênes. L’utilisation de vraies feuilles de menthe en maturation confère un goût complexe herbacé, sans trop être trop mentholé. Le bourbon et le chêne amènent une touche de vanille à ce Stout rafraîchissant à seulement 4.8% d’alcool.

Had at the Montreal brewpub and took pic. Deep cola brown, foamy warm beige head, good stay and thick bubbly lacing. Sharp mint aromas of candy canes over roasted malts, hints of coffee and molasses. Mints flavours but a tad milder, showing the stout a little more. Seems to blend well with the grassy hop finish. Light mintiness lingers. Decent dry mouthfeel. Very nicely done, I was told with fresh mint. Refreshing (LOL), crisp, with a nice balance of mint and other herbal hops.
