341ml bottle pours a hazy golden-yellow colour with a huge white frothy, almost creamy head with great retention and some spotty lacing. Fresh hoppy aromas of Mosaic giving notes of citrus, especially grapefruits. Carbonation is lively with smaller bubbles and particles all over. The taste has the grapefruits, but more grassiness - so a little less appealing to me. Dry mouthfeel, but not to the extreme. Lots of bitterness and well-brewed, just not sure why this is not an IPA. The hops overpower the malt base which a Pale Ale usually has.
