Pours clear copper with a thick and fairly persistent beige head. Aroma presents fresh malt, floral, hay, and - yes, a little sweet potato. Flavor gives up fresh malt, floral, herbal, hay and sweet potato tones, a little sweet, a bit hoppy, all fall. Texture offers perky fizz and firm, smooth body. Harvest one.
