Pours clear topaz with a short-lived snowy head. Aroma delivers roast coffee, crisp malt, vegetable, tropical, citrus and subtle hop tones. Flavor yields crisp malt, coffee, tropical and citrus fruit, a bit of resiny hops - and is that a hint of mild pepper? Texture presents mild fizz and smooth, fairly firm body. A bird in the barley is worth two in the bush.
