Taps pale yellow with a fair eggshell head. Aroma features fresh malt and a pomme hint, shy but promising. Flavor features crisp malt plus a bit of resiny hops and a bit of apple. Texture offers fair fizz and body. A good starter, and a good introduction to craft beers for macro-brew loyalists.
