The beer pours a solid dark brown colour with brown edges, and a thin creamy light brown cap. The aroma was roasted malt, milk chocolate and a hint of vanilla. The mouthfeel was full bodied with above average carbonation. The flavour was primarily roasted malt, with a hint of bitter chocolate. There is almost a maple type sweetness that isn’t maple, but I can’t really describe it. A solid effort.

Pours a real dark brown colour with hardly any highlights. The mocha-coloured head has decent stay, but better creamy lacing. Roasted malt aromas with molasses, vanilla, cocoa powder and dark fruits. The mouthfeel is lightly dry with decent bitterness in the finish. Roasted malt taste with a little sweetness. Not the best Imperial Milk Stout, but alright.
