Weiss Kölsch Cette bière d’inspiration Weiss Kölsch à été houblonnée avec de l’Azacca et de l’Amarillo. Il en résulte une bière légèrement trouble, de couleur paille, avec une mousse légère. Les arômes du grain et du houblon dominent pour une finale sèche. Une parfaite bière de terrasse pour l’été!

Enjoyed at the brewpub in St-Jerome on my Quebec Beer Run October 2017. Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a white cap and very nice lacing. Banana nose with some nice fresh hops. Again, nicely balanced between the grassy hops and wheat. I can see the Weizen part, but hard to feel the Kolsch one with all that hop. Still, very refreshing and recommended.
