Bernsteinweisen. Bière de blé savoureuse qui plaira aux amateurs de bière blanche. D’une couleur plus ambrée que la blanche grâce au blé caramel, elle se démarque par son goût léger mais savoureux. Le houblon Amarillo vient lui donner cette touche florale et fruitée avec des notes de mandarine et de tangerine.

    Bottle from my local IGA. Cloudy golden-orange colour with a decent head and lacing. Wheat smell with orange notes and nice spices. The flavours are pretty much the same. A nice dry finish from the Amarillo hops. The hints of bananas with the spices work well together. I kind of like this one, with the spices mixing a Belgian witbier and a German wheat one.
