Surprise … we have a new IPA for you all. Brewed with Pilsner, wheat, and gobs of oats … this beer is incredibly smooth and velvety. Extensive hopping with Simcoe and Vic Secret creates massive notes of pineapple and tropical fruit with a soft piney edge. This is our first experimentation with biotransformation dry-hopping techniques. This is essentially an interaction between active yeast and hops that creates new hop terpene compounds from existing oils in the hops. We are thrilled with the results and hope you are too!
