Tallboy from LCBO. Pours an average size frothy white head and has a fairly cloudy golden appearance, some sediments are visible. Huge tropical fruit aromas abound, some citrus and yeasty notes as well. Flavours are quite fruity, tropical fruit mainly, also a good amount of yeast and some bready malt hints. Nice hop bitterness in the finish. Smooth mouthfeel. Probably my favourite of the Project IPA's so far (unfortunately, missed out on the first 2)

These Collective Project IPAs have been amazing so far, so pretty please to see this one (and wish they could re-release #1 as well). Pours a cloudy golden-orange colour with a creamy-frothy warm cap, long lasting with loads of creamy lacing. Hoppy aromas with lots of citrus (oranges, grapefruits) and nicely balanced grass, yeast. A beautiful juicy taste with the citrus juices and well-balanced bitterness, dryness. Another great winner !!
