This dark and tart Gose uses our award winnning Prophets & Nomads as the base. The pour is a unique, dark, cloudy colour and provides a refreshing crispness and twang. The berries add a surprising little punch of sour on your first sip with low hop bitterness. Coriander and Himalayan salt adds spice and a touch of sharpness to the beer to finish.

First time at Bar Robo. Pours a hazy deep purple-red colour with a pink head, average retention and decent lacing. Full of berries in the nose with cherry hints, vanilla and citrus. Berry taste as well, with a nice sour finish and the lemon lingering. Some light tartiness calms down the sourness. A nice gose with lots of fruits, but all well-blended, making this a nice fruity-sour brew. Refreshing for summer.
