750 bottle with cork and cage from LCBO. Pours an average size foamy white head and has a slightly hazy ruby coloured appearance. Decent sticky lacing. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of cherries, herbal and sweet malt. Flavours are immediately cherry, some dry fruits, various berry mixture. Quite tarty and some mild sourness on the palate.

2015 Edition, Bottled in 2017 after aging. The beer pours a turbid Indian red colour with a short lived (and by short lived I mean seconds) white cap. The ring around the edge does last forever though. The aroma is tart chrries, yeast, sour grains, and an unrecognizable funky smell. The mouthfeel is puckering, medium to full bodied, with ample amounts of carbonation. The flavour is both very tart, and very fruity. The cherries aren’t as pronounced in the flavour as they are in the aroma but still there. Some grains and yeast are also present but this is a very sour beer. As previously stated, this is nowhere near quad like in what we have to think of is a quad. But it is quite good. -

2015 edition classy-labelled brown bottle. Pours a hazy caramel-orange colour with an off-white head with a decent amount that coats the brew and leaves a little lace. Aromas are sour with lots of fruitiness, like the cherries used in this one, plus many more. The mouthfeel is quite sour with some nice tart on the tongue. The taste shows the sourness over the fruity cherries flavours. Again, lots of other good fruits. This is very good for a wild ale, but after reading the description with a Quadrupel, Blonde Ale and even barrel aged, just expecting a tad more out of this.
