This saison was brewed with wild dandelions from our farm, The Wrecking Barn, along with foraged elderflowers from our friend Ranger Robbie. The flowers add a bright earthy and citrus character which is balanced by local wildflower honey from Riverview Farms, and a grain bill of Pilsner and unmalted wheat.
