Taps opaque dark chocolate with a very thick and persistent tan head. Aroma delivers tempting fresh wood, roast malt, cognac, mocha and molasses tones. Flavor features cognac-infused wood, molasses, semi-sweet chocolate, coffee, roasted malt and nutty tones. Viscous mouthfeel has lively fizz. Vive la France! Vive les grenouilles!
