We were so impressed with this year’s harvest in Yakima we decided to brew 2017’s anniversary brew with our favorite hops from the trip: Roy Farms Chinook, Roy Farms Centennial, and Black Star Ranch Mosaic. Composition Malt: Pilsner, Carapils Hops: Chinook, Centennial, Mosaic - all 2016 fresh harvested ABV: 6.10%

    Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6

Pours clear solar yellow with a frothy porcelain head. Aroma delivers a strong note of resiny hops with a base of grapefruit and fresh malt. Flavor features good hop and citrus character plus a little malt. Mouthfeel presents OK fizz and body, then a nice hoppy finish. Conga-rats on becoming "legal," Victory!

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy light yellow gold with a big fluffy white head that retains well and leaves little lacing.

The aroma is sweet bready malt and tropical fruit with light resiny hops.

The flavor is sweet bready malt with some fruit and a slightly harsh resiny hop finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, a decent IPA but with an odd finish.
