A sixth paddle beer brewed with Homebrewer to the stars Pietro Caira (whose name I spelled wrong on the label! Sorry Pietro). The Chupacabra is a 5.3%abv porter spiced with cinnamon and ancho chillies. Not super spicy as the cinnamon comes on strong at the beginning but a pleasant chilli flavour lingers in the aftertaste... All of that over Pietro's stellar base porter recipe.
