Introducing the Coffee Sour - The first of 7 Barrel Aged Beers we will be releasing this December. A 9% Old Ale aged 6 months in a Prince Edward County Baco Noir Barrel and infused with our favourite locally roasted Ethiopian coffee beans. A big beautiful nose of acidic coffee, sour cherries and molasses gives way to a tart and complex malty flavour. This is one for the 5 Paddles history books.
