Pours a hazy amber colour with a small off-white head and minimal lacing. Nutty malts with caramel notes and raspberry hints. The raspberry is noticeable in the flavours as well but with nutty yeast that is found in Sparkling wines. Some caramel malts also, and hops. Not seeing the bubbly carbonation, but the other notes. Not bad, but a little too rich overall.

750ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a small foamy bubbly off-white head but dissipates fairly quickly to almost nothing. Has a pinkish ruby coloured appearance. Lacing not as dirty or sticky as I was expecting. Aromas of very fruity, some berries for sure, mostly cherry and maybe hint of cranberry seems like. Flavours are also quite fruity with much of the same notes as aromas. Lots of berries, some strong yeasty notes. Actually pretty sweet and might deter from having any more than the large champagne bottle it came in. Lively carbonation. Medium/full bodied mouthfeel. Great retention. High abv content is barely noticeable.
