Our Scotch Ale is incredibly smooth. We brew it with Golden Promise Scottish Barley - the super premium variety that many single malt Scotch distillers prefer. We caramelize the beer in the kettle to add a nice depth of character. The beer is fermented with a yeast from Edinburgh and we cold age it to allow the smooth malt character to shine.

Pours transparent mahogany with a fine-bubbled buff head. Aroma presents caramel, roast malt and clove tons. Flavor features caramel and roast malt notes Luis a hint of cloves, not strong but pleasing. Smooth mouthfeel has decent body and subtle but lasting fizz. Get your Scottish on, laddie/lassie!
