A light copper color, very drinkable with layers of soft flavors. Belgian barley has a nice bready quality to it, with Belgian Caravienne for a touch of caramel, roasted wheat for nuttiness, and CaraBelge for honey-like sweetness. Mosaic hops add an array of tropical fruit notes while the Belgian yeast adds even more fruit flavor layers with a subtle spiciness. A beer to sip and enjoy La Dolce Vita.

Pours clear copper with a thin but serviceable eggshell head. Aroma starts malty and a little wheaty, then bursts with tutti frutti notes: banana, pear, mango, maybe even papaya. Caramel and even a bit of hops peeps through. Superb flavor presents toasted malt, caramel, cloves, banana, tropical fruit, pear and woody hop tones. Firm body is plenty fizzy. Enjoy the good life!
