Over the past hundred years, our brewers have certainly engaged in their fair share of mischief. This beer, however - our first India Pale Ale - has taken a dose of wickedness to brew. Starting with 2-row, caramel, and wheat malts, which provide a bright copper color and fuller body, we then add Crystal and Bravo hops for aroma and a classic IPA bite. We finish it off by dry hopping with Centennials for an even more aromatic flavor.

Pours clear golden amber with a thick, if not persistent, eggshell head. Aroma presents more malt and yeast than hops. Flavor delivers more hops, woody and fresh, but not particularly strong - malt and yeast, and a bit of citrus, make their appearances. Mouthfeel features barely acceptable fizz and body. OK, guess this ram ain’t all that wicked - but glad I gave it a try.

A bright copper colored beer with a big sudsy textured white head rising above. I don’t get an IPA in the nose and that is the same impression in the tasting. More funky brediness than hoppiness. Drinkable butnever again.
