Beer Description:
Kenneth MacAlpin united the Picts and the Scoti people to form the Kingdom of Scotland, and his descendants’ rule spanned most of the Middle Ages. Befitting the King’s boldness, this beer is double dry-hopped and packed with 5.5 pounds of Chinook, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Centennial hops. Bright and layered, it hints of pineapple, orange, grapefruit and lemon peel. Then it finishes with a resiny, piney, dry bitterness, balanced by a citrus hop punch.
