750ml champagne style bottle from LCBO. Low abv saison. Pours a huge frothy off-white head, good retention, has a very faint hazy golden appearance. Slightly excessive carbonation. Aromas of Belgian yeast, bready malts, citrus and floral hops. Flavours are piney and grassy, some fairly strong yeasty notes, a bit dank and slightly funky. Some subtle tartiness in the finish. Smooth and mild dryness on the palate.
