Part of the Collective Project. This limited release Gose clocks in at 5.2%. Our Gose is an unfiltered wheat beer made with malted wheat. This creates a unique cloudy yellow colour and provides a refreshing crispness and twang. Our Gose has a low hop bitterness and features coriander and Himalayan sea salt, adding hints of complementary dryness, spice and a touch of sharpness to the beer.

Pours a very small fizzy bubbly head that goes away immediately. Has a golden appearance. Excessive carbonation. Aromas of herbal hops, spices and hints of lime. Flavours are somewhat on the sour like side, some lemony lime notes all over, lots of citrusy flavours abound. The sourness really does overpower the flavours, becomes tarty after a while. Full bodied mouthfeel. Great retention.

Part of their Seasonal Variety Pack. Pours a slight hazy, light yellow colour with a white cap, decent retention and not much lace, but a coat above the brew. Lemon aromas at first reminding me of Mountain Dew. Some grain eventually comes out. The taste has a slight sourness, but the grain takes over with the citrus notes. The salt and spices are quite well-blended, almost too hidden. An easy-drinking Gose.
