A pale ale that incorporates the tips of Blue Spruce coniferous trees, which provides the beer with a unique flavor that Nita says harkens back to the old-time beers.

Tallboy from the brewery. Pours a massive foaming bubbly off-white head and has a pale golden appearance. Big thick patchy lacing. Aromas are resin, herbs, a bit floral and pine. Flavours are citrus and spruce, pine, bready malts. Quite a lot of bitterness in the finish. Not too bad.

Can at Brother's Beer Bistro. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a light beige creamy head, good retention and decent lace. Caramel malt aromas with fruity notes and some grainy cereals. The spruce shows up in the taste, but lightly with nice grain, caramel and hops. Interesting pale ale blended with spruce notes.
