Pours opaque sable with a decent but effervescent tan head. Sorry, a point off there. Rich aroma draws you in with roast malt, yeasty, bourbon, bready, and subtle coffee notes. Flavor is bold as a tiger - or should I say an Angry Unidragon? - roaring with roast malt, bourbon, woody, yeasty, bread dough and coffee tones plus an earthy underpinning - and a fierce alcohol bite like a liquid pit bull. Mouthfeel has firm and smooth body, if not a lot of fizz. Go ahead, crash this rye!
