Our American Cream Ale is brewed traditionally with corn to create a beer light in body but full of flavor and texture. Golden in color, the Daybreak version will confuse the senses with the bold aroma and flavor freshly brewed black coffee and vanilla bean.

Pours a clear golden color with thin white head and some bits of lace. The aroma was of vanilla, coffee and a mild bit of corn bread base. The taste was moderate sweet taste and vanilla coffee. The mouthfeel is medium-plus body with crisp carbonation.
