Pours slightly hazy golden with a substantial eggshell head that leaves generous lacing. Malty aroma has a definite overtone of fresh ginger. Flavor is malty and gingery, almost like drinking a liquid ginger snap. Texture is firm and fizzy, leaving a ginger finish. If you like ginger, here’s a brew for ya.
