Comes out of the tap hazy apricot with a minimal but respectable eggshell head. Strong aroma has floral and fruity notes, the latter mainly banana and orange. Flavor is fruity, with a sharp, bitter, hoppy undertone and hints of malt and yeast. Texture is firm and lively, leaving a fruity finish that has a bitter hoppy undercurrent. Distinctive, interesting - no need for whitewashing this one.
