Pours rich sable with a decent tan head. Seriously smoky aroma has coffee, roast malt, earthy, and subtle maple syrup notes. Flavor mixes maple syrup with charred malt ("nut brown" toast, as my great grandmother would say), roast quality coffee, and subtle nutty notes. This is breakfast in a bottle! Form texture has some good fizz and life. A toast to the French!
