We’re not Belgian farmers, so we’ve taken their saisons as inspiration for our own. Praxis is what we like to describe as a “new world” saison. We greatly admire “old world” saisons so we do not spice our beer, we judiciously use hops (Styrian Golding and Amarillo), mash our Pilsner malt carefully, carbonate liberally, and tend to our house culture of yeast with the attention deserving of a housecat. We believe good saison can exist without tricks and gimmicks. It is for drinking. Hops: Magnum, Sytring Goldings, Amarillo Yeast: House Dupont Malts: Pilsner, Vienna, Carafoam

This one is actually better out of the bottle than poured, as poured it loses something and becomes weak and has no taste. Thin on the palate, thick on the roof of the mouth and not in a good way. Has a wee bit of a sour smell to it.
