Deep copper, this traditional English ale is brewed with Maris Otter barley and East Kent Golding hops for a nutty, slightly biscuity maltiness and a wonderful flowery hop character. Classic English ale flavors.

Pours a hazy golden amber with a nice eggshell head. Aroma has hoppy, malty and yeasty components plus a hint of pear. Flavor has more malt and fruit, just a snip of bitterness. Texture is fizzy ad firm, a little dusty. Do a Falstaff - but please call a cab if you get too "Falstaffed."
