Comes out of the bottle a hazy solar yellow with a fairly thick ivory head. Aroma is quite strong and wheaty with lemony and yeasty hints. Satisfying yeasty flavor has a firm citrus undertone and more than a hint of yeast. Texture is not particularly firm or fizzy, and has a strange almost rubbery aftertaste; but this scarcely detracts from the strong points. Could be Tap Room No. 21’s best.
