This French Saison is brewed with lots of rye - malted, crystal and flaked. Allowed to free-rise during fermentation, it is extra dry, with a slight spice and just a hint of Belgian flavor.

12 oz can. Pours slightly hazy copper orange with a small creamy off white head that goes to a thin film and leaves some lacing.
The aroma is floral grains and rye with some banana and Belgian yeast.
The flavor is sweet bubblegum grains, banana and some Belgian notes and some spice and a dry finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with creamy carbonation and is a little watery.
Overall, not a very exciting Belgian with too much bubblegum and banana.
