Pours clear mahogany with a thick and fluffy, if not too persistent, buff head. Strong, woody, dusty, malty aroma reaches out and touches you; a closer inspection reveals bourbon-soaked wood and gets your mouth going full Pavlov’s Dog. Bold flavor starts with bourbon-infused oak and then adds caramel, malty, nutty, and subtle hoppy tones to the mix. Firm texture has lively fizz that leaves a bourbon, woody, and caramel finish. This beer is definitely worth your moolah!
