Strip away the notions, find another motion and plug in to reveal the power of the peel. Electric Peel is an electric IPA that sends shocks of citrus hop flavors through a medium malt body amplified by grapefruit peel, leaving behind a bittersweet finish. Taps clear golden with a nice, rather fine-bubbled pale buff head. Aroma presents a shy hoppy note, not much else. Flavor is bolder, hoppy and citrusy plus a little malt. Texture features decent body, good fizz, and a citrus finish. It’s electric!

The beer smelled awesome, looked awesome, but it didn't really taste as awesome as it smelled or looked. The beer was a tad piney for an alleged citrus/grapefruit IPA. The grapefruit was there, just not what I expected - could've been an ordinary IPA frankly. Picked this up from the Kroger in Salem, VA.

A murky golden colored beer with a moderately sized frothy textured, white head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. A moderate ringlet and some film are left. In total profile, grapefruit comes forward. Added to the tasting are aromatic, floral hops. Crisp and effervescent.
